Experience: Lots of role-playing experience, and I've been co-admin on a few sites and a global mod on lots; I also ran three role-playing sites a few years ago, and I'm currently working on starting up two more.

Why Should I Choose You for My Staff? I've been a staff member on a few other sites for a while, and I'm pretty good at obeying rules and enforcing them. I'm lenient to a point, and can be very responsible. I'll remain as active as possible, and I've had almost six years of literate roleplaying (since I was 8). I can easily recognize mistakes and typos in posts (grammar, spelling, etc.) and, although I'm not great, I'm a pretty decent writer. I'm pretty decent, although not great, at graphics and Proboards skins, and I'd be able to supply those as much as you want. I can also fill graphics requests rather quickly. And I hardly ever go on vacation, thus I'll be able to check the site a lot.
